Bern have you seen how they are trying to improve the skills of average australians ?
Sir H you mean that point by point pendantry that is NTIS?
Bern Not that bad is it ?Sirh well U ask anyone whose got any experience post grad what they think of it ?
Bern useful in parts
PM Thats the only way to limit the power of the bureaubrats - let the get lost in the detail
SirH well the NTIS is not to be th edeep dark hole it is for the miimioms of training orgs in the country is it? You will be accuused down the track of great intenetions but complete menace when it comes to competency .Called suck eggs and dumbing down - they don't print best practice just cuurent practice
Bern like recipes for the status quo ?
Sir H exactly
PM give us an example ?
sirh Take all this furore about imprved watre conservation so big on eeryones brains
is it menationed there ?
Bern No its not but it will be one day won't it
Sirh Not much chance Bracks has sacked one of his most senoir water conservationsists and planners in september ?
Bren why would he do that ? they are not that out of touch with the environemnet down there are they? Heres where you go for best practice environemnatl planning
Sirh Judge for yourself mate
PM our liberal mebers would know more surely ? well they think they do but real env is abit remote from most of them too ---the whole issue of reuse has oftten very high environmental impacts and none has even menationed that on any side of politics till right now .Its november 22ndand you heard it first on blogger !
PM they will need to have professional ecologists to really help mange this process so it doesn't become a political nightmare .
Sirh yes , if they don't want a rubbish dump in their backyards they sure as eggs are going to resist the idea of poo being used in them .

bern yoi mean this so called commitement to reuse is a lot of hot air ? A lot of words like NTIS ?
